Refund Policy

Thank you for considering a donation to Pratibhashala Foundation. We value your support and commitment to our mission towards youth development of India. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations made through our official website, www.pratibhashala.org.

1. Donation Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, donors must apply within 48 hours of the payment date.
  • Refund requests must be sent via email to payments@pratibhashala.org.
  • The email should include a screenshot of the payment made, along with the donor’s name and contact details.

2. Refund Policy Terms:

  • 0-48 Hours from Payment:
    • Refunds requested within 48 hours of the payment date will be issued after deducting 2.5% of the donated amount. This deduction covers the payment gateway charges which are borne by the donor.
  • 48 Hours to 7 Days from Payment:
    • Refunds requested between 48 hours and up to 7 days from the payment date will be issued after deducting 10% of the donated amount.
  • Post 7 Days from Payment:
    • No refunds will be issued for requests made after 7 days from the payment date.

3. Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
  • Donors will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
