How do training partners work with us

Paid by the Hour

With the best interest of kids at heart, expert trainers guide students and get paid by the hour. However, trainers charge us a little less than their usual expectations, so that we can complete more projects in a year’s budget.

Paid per Project

When larger than usual resources are required, the projects are executed with the help of a specialized training wing that Pratibhashala has helped developed at some of its partner companies. Sometimes there is a bidding for project execution between partner companies.

Voluntary Involvement

At times when the project is too small in size or when budgets have shrunk, our kind-hearted trainers have volunteered to give a small amount of time for guiding students free of cost. Especially during Covid-19 outbreak, Pratibhashala was able to carry out its work because of these trainers.

Augmenting the Indian Education System

School Level Students

School students are provided free training on a highly researched, exclusive holistic training program, that covers 56 parameters of a child's development.

College level students

PSF gives free job-oriented training & certifications for graduate and post graduate level students and placement support in order to help them land jobs faster and better.

Pratibhashala's education model considers the role of parents to be pivotal in shaping a child and creates platforms for guiding them to become better at training kids.

1	Although there is no upper limit on cash donations, but 80G tax decuctions cannot be claimed on donations above INR 2000/- made by any individual or company. At Pratibhashala we go a step ahead and follow the rule that all donations > INR 2000/- have to be made online through the official payment portal only. Cash is accepted only > INR 2000 with its due receipt handed over to the participant. Pratibashala does not accept any donations without the donor accepting its receipts.
2	Every donor making any payment > INR 100/- is given an 80G tax receipt. This ensures that even the smallest donations are recorded by and reflected in Pratibhashala’s accounts. As per MCA rules, we have to account for each and every single donation since its tax receipt has been given. This ensures that every penny goes accounted for at the end of every quarter/year.
3	While making group cash donations, where each amount is less than INR 100, every fundraising partner in-charge pays off the total collected money from their account to Pratibhashala’s account via the official online portal, and then hands over the receipt to the corresponding group before leaving the premises. This ensures that there is no misplaced or unaccounted cashflow between donors and the foundation.
